On June 6, the signing and unveiling ceremony of the Shanxi Black Cat Clean Energy·Shanxi Haizi Coal Industry Project landed in Linfen Yaodu.

It is understood that after Shaanxi Yellow River Mining (Group) Co., Ltd. and Shanxi Haizi Coking Group Co., Ltd. have negotiated, the two parties will establish Shanxi Haizi Coal Industry Co., Ltd. and Shanxi Black Cat Clean Energy Co., Ltd. in Linfen, Shanxi, and use Linfen as The resources and location advantages of the main coking coal base include the construction of 20 million tons/year raw coal, 16 million tons/year clean coal and 10 million tons/year fine coal chemical projects, with a total investment of 90 billion yuan.

The construction of the project will follow the concept of circular economy and clean production, and build a first-class large-scale energy and chemical enterprise in Shanxi Province. After all the projects are completed, the annual output value will be 100 billion yuan, the profit will be 27 billion yuan, and the tax will be 10 billion yuan.
